The Coincidence of Callie and Kayden by Jessica Sorensen

The Coincidence of Callie and Kayden by Jessica Sorensen
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Buy the Book: Amazon

This book was way intense! Callie is this broken, scared girl who is afraid of letting anyone in. Kayden is also broken, he's also scared, but he wants to get closer and closer to Callie. They've known each other forever, but it's not until one specific night that callie saves him that he finally notices more than that quiet weird girl. They go off to college and they run into each other again. Slowly, they start to let the other in, to share with each other. It's a beautiful thing.
I loved how you could see Callie truly tring very hard to let this guy in. You can see those internal struggles and just see that she's trying her best to just be normal.
Kayden is another case. he's strong, but when he has to be head on with his father it's like he's reduced to nothing. It was so painful seeing him that way.
The ending was bone-wrecking, heart-stopping, incredibly cliffhanger and I am going to have an aneurysm if I do not read it ASAP! Just--ag! What a freaking ending!

One Week Girlfriend by Monica Murphy

My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Buy this Book: Amazon
I read this book in a couple of hours. And man, it was a good book! I really enjoyed it. It was shocking, so emotional, and so much more intense than I ever anticipated. When I saw that Drew wanted to "hire"Fable to be his pretend girlfrined for a week I never imagined his reasons.
The book was explosive and I loved seeing Fable and Drew trust each other. It was fantastic and I can't wait to read book 2.

Excuses, New Format and Apologies

Hi. *waves sheepishly*

I have been completely out of the blog world for well over a month and I'm aware. I'm really sorry, too. But, I have been mega busy. I'm working and studying and life is pretty damn hectic right now. So, I just don't have time to post reviews anymore because it takes time—time I don't have—so therefore I decided that since I do not want to close down my blog because I like reading and reviewing, I will simply cut down all the info I put. So. From now on, my reviews will look a little lacking than usual and I apologiz but it's the best I can do. I'm going to be writing my reviews on Goodreads and simply use the sharing link to put it up. It'll look a bit plain, but I'll put up bigger pretty pictures and link to Amazon :)

Speaking of Amazon! I decided to join Amazon Prime™  because I order a lot of books and I'd save loads on shipping! So, to celebrate my eye opening to this wonderful deal I have decided to host a giveaway! Isn't that fun? I know I said I would do one for January and I never did, but that one was going to be an ebook anyway so this one is soo much better! Anyway, gotta go guys. Have fun and please accept my apologies.
